“ How does color effects your emotions. Have you noticed calming effects when in pink environments?”
Many years a go— when we owned a motel in a small community in Kansas— billboards to advertise cost $$$$$$$$$$ lots of money & you had to sign a contract to rent them for a long period of time— well a friend who owned a pizza place & used HIS HOT PINK CADILAC HEARSH to deliver pizza in another small town in Kansas—was going to move out of state & wanted to know if I wanted to buy his hot pink hearse— well of coarse I did—much cheaper than billboards!!! So we bought “Pinky” & had her repainted a bubble gum pink—& had our signs put on the hearse– “rest in peace at the Flint Hills Motel & gift shop”—well it really offended some people—BUT TALK ABOUT ADVERTISING— WE WERE WRITTEN ABOUT IN HUNDREDS OF NEWSPSPERS—EVEN A FEW MAGAZINES—& EVEN IN OTHER COUNTRIES!!!! YOU CAN NOT BUY THAT KIND OF ADVERTISING!!!!! She was fun to drive— and no one missed A HOT PINK CADILAC HEARSE!!! I could write a book about our experiences with “PINKY”!!! I WAS ALWAYS CALM & HAPPY DRIVING PINKY!!! 🙂 I even talked my self out of a speeding ticket of going 90 plus mph in her one time— the state trouper was fascinated with Pinky!!!! 🙂 Maybe her pink color was a calming effect on him – as I didn’t get a ticket only a warning!!!! 🙂
