Life in the City with a Future

Having MCS, I don’t get to travel to other states β€” in fact, I rarely travel to another city. I use the photos from the previous week. If you see a monarch butterfly posted Sunday week after week β€” they were new shots each week.

ospreyoswegoBut I wondered how many times do people want to see butterfly pictures? Or osprey? Or bunnies? I don’t get tired of trying to get the perfect shot. And the shots I missed this week: the fifteen deer in the field, the osprey that flew by only a few feet away or the white admiral butterfly β€” keep me coming back for another try.

About sondasmcschatter

I was encouraged to start a blog as I suffer from MCS /multi chemical sensitivities & other health problems & I have helped several hundred others who suffer from MCS set up "Safe Homes" & given them encouragement & HOPE & share information & lots of laughs along the way also. When you choose to use fragrances, chemicals, or pesticides, You are not simply making a choice for yourself, You are making a choice for everyone around you!!!! What makes me an expert on MCS-- not a darn thing-- BUT have lived with it for years-& years- & have learned lots the HARD WAY-- by experience!! And want to give others help & HOPE & encouragement -- as I know there are not many who understand what it is to live with this illness- & ALL THAT GOES WITH IT!!! Internet has been my way of communication with many who we are confined to their "safe homes" all over the USA & other countries!! I have communicated with many HUNDRED by e-mail-- phone & letters & internet forums-- I hope this blog will help in a better way to share laughter-- hope & information!!! As for many are not any longer able to even leave their homes-- & communication is sooo important & sharing & encouragement & GIVING HOPE!!!

That’s an amazing list. There is only one I actually try to avoid and that is watching the news — it’s hard for me to get those pictures out of my head. The rest are sounding like an amazing adventure. ❀ I knew you'd have dancing on there and I understand ("if only in my head") — some days that is all I can muster too. πŸ˜€

    • THANKS SIS—-I TRY TO WATCH THE NEWS– AS I HAVE AN ADOPTED SISTER– WHO DOESN’T HAVE A TV– RADIO– OR READ THE PAPER– OR HAVE A COMPUTER– & SHE HAS NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON IN HER OWN AREA — LET ALONE THE WORLD— ALL SHE KNOWS IS FROM MY LETTERS– & TALKING TO HER SONS!! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON– OUTSIDE OF MY MCS SAFE HOME– SOMETIMES I FEEL WAY TOOO ISOLATED AS IT IS!!! πŸ™‚

I understand. When I check the weather I usually read the titles of the local news stories. As far as my dad is concerned everything stops for the 6 o’clock news so I figure he’ll let me know anything I need to know. Hope you got to hear only good news today. πŸ˜€
